How does the waitlist work?

If a class is fully booked you can add your name to the waitlist by clicking WAITLIST next to the class you wish to attend. If somebody cancels the person at the top of the waitlist will be automatically put into the class. You will receive an email informing you that you have been put into the class. If you would like to attend the class you do not need to do anything further. However, if you do NOT want to attend the class you will need to inform us by email within 3 hours of receiving the email to ensure your account is not debited with the class. Please note that our cancellation policy still applies to bookings made via the waitlist.
